Melissa Suzanne George, an australian actress, businesswoman and model who is also an inventor and model. She started her career in Australia, and later moved to Hollywood and enjoyed great successes. The native of Perth George was initially interested by dancing and artful roller skating. As a teenager, George began modeling and was named Western Australia's top model for teens of the year in 1992. The following year, she was on screen in an episode Seven Network's soap opera Home and Away. The actress made her debut on the big screen in the thriller mystery Dark City and essayed various role roles as a supporting actor in shows such as Alias The Limey and Down with Love prior to making her first appearance as the female protagonist in a mainstream Hollywood project in the remake in 2005 of The Amityville Horror.
